Salary Range:$15.5000 To 15.5000 Hourly



Responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of all talent development programs and functions as aligned with the strategy of the organization.   This includes, but is not limited to, clerical, administrative and research support to the Talent Development department.  


  1. Assist with the development, delivery and maintenance of all staff developmental programs as assigned.
  2. Assist with coordinating internal instructor-led training sessions as assigned.
  3. Procure necessary refreshments, session materials, and supplies as needed for various training and development programs.
  4. Document, update and publish supplemental materials that accompany training programs as assigned.
  5. Research current business practices within the credit union to ensure training materials align.
  6. Research adult learning best practices, pedagogy and technology.
  7. Maintain the learning management system and other learning technologies as assigned.
  8. Maintain working knowledge of job functions, team structures in the credit union, attending meetings as assigned.
  9. Exemplify the core values of the organization.  
  10. Maintain knowledge of and comply with Bank Secrecy Act as it relates to this position.
  11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


-           Ability to read and write.

-           Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, orally, in writing, or by phone.

-           Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate orally, in writing, and by phone.

  • Ability to deal with members effectively (friendliness, tact and diplomacy).
  • Ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to learn, apply and communicate knowledge of credit union products and services.
  • Ability to input and retrieve data from computer.
  • Ability to type accurately.
  • Ability to use and learn office machines (i.e., copier, fax, terminals).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Demonstrable ability to adapt to fluid situations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members.


Junior or senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program including but not limited to adult education, talent development, human resources, business administration or related field preferred.

Salary: $15.50/hr
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: VP Talent Development
Location: YMCA Plaza
