Event LUNCH Options

One of the things our ATD Baton Rouge Chapter misses most is sharing experiences and time together over lunch at our Monthly Member Meetings.  Beginning again in 2022, we will offer an add-on Lunch Option to your registration.  *When registering for this event, select the lunch option add-on.  All lunch add-ons are offered for $13.00.  If you do not select and pay for a lunch option, you will not receive a lunch at the event.

 Cancellation Policy

As soon as you complete the registration process, you will be guaranteed a seat at this event. The completed registration process initiates an invoice from ATD Baton Rouge  to you that may be paid online, by mail, or on the day of the event. Be sure to register using a valid and accessible email address to receive automated event confirmations, invoices, and Zoom links for virtual events. ATDBR is not responsible for undeliverable communication due to registration errors. 

Event cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund for the event registration. Eligible cancellations will be accepted via email to treasurer@atdbatonrouge.org. All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder. Requests for cancellations after the stated deadline will not be eligible for transfer or refund. 

**LUNCH OPTIONS**

Lunch options are provided at an additional cost through a third-party vendor. Lunch fees are not eligible for cancellation or refund within 72 hours of the event.

COVID Health Protocol

Proper social distancing should be maintained when participating in this in-person event. The use of a mask will be required in all meeting areas, and socially distanced seating setup for the lunch area. Participants should follow all standard CDC guidelines when attending this event, including the use of hand washing and sanitizer, proper social distancing, and the use of a mask.
