About our speaker:

Former NFL coach, Daron K. Roberts serves as chief dive instructor of Deep End Ventures.

Recognized as a global "Top 20 Speaker" Daron devotes the lion's share of his crafting hours to speaking and writing.

He is the author of "A Kids Book About Empathy" and "Call an Audible". "A Kids Book About Empathy" was named to "Oprah's Favorite Things" list and "Call an Audible" was tabbed as a #1 New Release and Best Seller by Amazon.

Sports Illustrated selected the book as one of its "Best Sports Business Books".

Roberts was honored as Linkedln's #1 Top Voice in Sports and is a graduate of the University of Texas, Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School. He and his wife, Hilary, chase five children through the streets of Austin, Texas.


ATDBR strives to align our programming with the ATD Capability Model. This workshop supports the "Building Personal" Capability. 



ATDBR is a pre-approved provider and is authorized to provide continuing education programs that qualify for initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. Event cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund for the event registration. Eligible cancellations will be accepted via email to treasurer@atdbatonrouge.org. All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder. Requests for cancellations after the stated deadline will not be eligible for transfer or refund.
