The purpose of this session is to introduce employee coaching as a practice to upgrade organizational culture. Content shared in this session can be useful for training professionals who serve in organizations where there is a known cultural improvement need, a desire to improve one’s culture, and an interest in implementing an employee coaching model.

Meet our speaker:

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, people often ask Kaelysia, why she moved to Baton Rouge 14 years ago. Kaelysia answered the call to serve, committing a career to developing people and organizations achieve their potential. She has over 12 years of HR experience, including talent development, program/project management, and talent acquisitions for various education-focused non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and more recently a Fortune 500 software company. Additionally, she has been coaching since 2020. Her education includes a Masters in Human Resource Education and Leadership Development from LSU. She has also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Associate Coach Certification (ACC).

ATDBR strives to align our programming with the ATD Capability Model. This workshop supports the "Developing Professional" Capability. 



ATDBR is a pre-approved provider and is authorized to provide continuing education programs that qualify for initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. ATDBR provides high-quality programming that has been developed and delivered by subject matter experts.

The completed registration process initiates an invoice from ATDBR to you that may be paid online, by mail, or on the day of the event. ATDBR is not responsible for undeliverable communication due to registration errors.

Event cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund for the event registration. Eligible cancellations will be accepted via email to treasurer@atdbatonrouge.org. All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder. Requests for cancellations after the stated deadline will not be eligible for transfer or refund.
