Balance is practically impossible to achieve with our busy lives so how do we create a life that feels "balanced"? The answer is connecting. Connecting with others. Through a demonstration, this program will prove that connecting with others is THE most powerful influence in determining whether our lives are joyful, productive and fulfilling.
At the end of the presentation, participants will have concrete actions they can take to make their lives better and better for those around them.
